Metafit Geelong- November Workout
Hi Guys! The new November workout ‘Force10’ will be on show this week at Geelong’s home of MetaFit, Main Event Fitness! This will run at our usual time of Tuesday & Thursday at 7am. Force 10 is a 21:30 minute workout and has plenty of new exercises in it!
The workout consists of 3 rounds of the below 10 exercises. Each round is random, with the exercise order and work/ rest timings changing each time.
Sprints
Bob N Weave Squats
Robo Crawls
Skater
In-Out Prisoner squats
Split Leg Sq Thrusts
Bunny Hops
Floor to Sky Jumps
Walk out press up
Hurdle Jumps
25 seconds rest at the end of each round. So you get 3 chances to make sure each exercise is being done with full range of movement and great technique! No pacing and no dancing!! Keep Metafit HIIT.
The Finisher
Is slightly different to normal. The exercise is Explosive Jacks and you get 4 descending work periods to try and complete 10 Jacks, once you complete 10 you can rest ready for the next one. As the work time decreases nobody should be getting any extra rest or be able to complete their 10 as there won’t be enough time (Nasty) but challenge them to try. Do it yourself and see how it feels, there is a boxing bell to start and then a buzzer that ends each mini interval.
