Another Main Event fighter returns to the ring!

As many of you know Matt Richards was representing Main Event Muay Thai in his past fights in Australia until two years ago he suffered a knee injury and had to undergo a knee reconstruction. After recovering, Matt has been living and training out of Chalong, Thailand and traveling all over South East Asia with his wife for the past 8 months.

We’re wishing Matt the best of luck as he returns to the ring on Sunday, fighting at Bangla Boxing Stadium, training under Bao-V out of Sinbi Muay Thai. This will be Matt’s first fight back after his knee injury!

Matt is aiming to get a few more fights under his belt whilst living in Thailand before he comes back to Australia early 2017 were he will be back training at the ETC. We wish matt the best of luck and can’t wait to hear the results!
