ETC’s 8 Week Body Transformation Challenge
On Monday, our 8 week body transformation challenge begins and we already have some excited participants ready to reboot their fitness and see REAL results! But it’s not too late to sign up, you can join too! If you’re new to fitness, or you’re simply wanting to stay motivated around like-minded people – this is the body transformation challenge for you!
What does the 8 week challenge entail?
The 8 week challenge is a transformation challenge, whether that be creating a healthy lifestyle change, a physical body change (losing weight, increase fitness) or building a more positive mindset, this program caters to anyone wanting to get serious about their fitness.
The program includes:
– 3 month gym membership
– 3 one on one personal training sessions
– Access to over 20 classes per week
– A private Facebook support group
– A nutrition support and advice
– Progress tracking
I want to lose weight, is the 8 week challenge for me?
Yes! Absolutely. This is one of the main goals for people who have joined our challenges. Participants are given proper nutrition guidance, a wide range of classes to attend (that suit any schedule!) and they learn to maintain their weight loss and continue a healthy lifestyle once the challenge is over. It’s a fully supported program, that gives you support in meeting your fitness goals.
What if I have an injury?
That’s fine, just let us know and we can adapt our classes and programs to meet your needs. An injury shouldn’t mean you can’t live an active lifestyle – we work around it!
Does the 8 week challenge cater to each individuals goals?
Yes!! You will have a 1:1 with one of our coaches and discuss your individual needs and what your goals are. From here, we will develop a game plan to help you achieve these goals. It’s not a “one size fits all” program – we want YOU to live a healthy, more active lifestyle by catering to YOUR needs.
Do I have access to the gym throughout the challenge?
You will have complete gym access for 12 weeks (that’s a bonus 4 weeks after the initial 8 week program has wrapped up!) This includes access to general gym equipment, a range of classes and our infrared sauna and ice bath to help with recovery.
I am new to fitness, do I need experience to join the 8 week challenge?
Not at all, this is a great introduction for anyone who isn’t sure where to start. We don’t expect everyone to know what they’re doing the second they walk in, that’s why we call it a “class” because you learn from it! We welcome anyone of any level to join – and we’ll cater to that.
I am not sure what diet to maintain during the 8 week challenge, does the course include assistance with meal planning?
In our 8 week body transformation challenge, we provide lots of education around food choices, meal preparation and enjoying a balanced diet. It’s not about eating less, it’s about eating the right foods for you, so you can achieve your goals.
What if I can’t make a certain class each week?
Busy schedule? That is not a problem! We know everyone has busy lives and things come up, so if you miss a class, then you can always use your gym access to do your own workout as well. Plus, there’s plenty of classes to choose from.
What is the cost and start date?
The challenge starts on Monday 31st August and is just under $50 a week (Full cost $399) BUT that also includes an extra FOUR weeks worth of gym membership.
