FEB 2018 NEWSLETTER

ETC Gym Geelong

MEMBERS OF THE MONTH

It was hard to choose between these two this month, so we decided to feature both Emily and Bree. These girls have been friends for 16 years after meeting in high school and have been regulars at ETC for quite some time and are often seen smashing it out in the ElitePWR class.

1. Tell us about yourself.
Emily: I work in childcare and I’m currently studying my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
Bree: I’m a nurse and I have a curly coated retriever named Bailey, we enjoy long walks on the beach.

2. Why did you start at ETC
We wanted somewhere with a variety of classes and experienced trainers.

3. How do you stay motivated to keep going back to the gym?
Having your best friend as your gym buddy is pretty good motivation in itself. It makes working out fun and brings out a bit of friendly competition between us.

4. What do you love about HIIT?
It’s challenging, quick and each workout is never the same. Tay knows how to kick our butts too.

5. What do you think is most important when choosing the right place to train?
A friendly atmosphere with a variety of classes and times that suit work commitments.

6. What are your current fitness goals?
Bree: Strengthen my glutes!
Emily: Maintain fitness and get stronger
