Where: Elite Training Centre

When:

16/7 Monday: 6.30am-7.30am-chest pressing & core

17/7 Tuesday: 6pm-7pm-power clean & front squats

18/7 Wednesday: 6.30am-7.30am-deadlift & core

19/7 Thursday: 6pm-7pm power snatch, overhead squats, snatch balance

20/7 Friday 6.30pm-7.30am-back squat & over head pressing

21/7 Saturday 7.15am-8.15am-power clean & front squats

Note: a maximum of 6 people per training session only, book in to avoid missing out. (But yes, you can book as many sessions as you can attend!)
