6 WEEK FITNESS BOOTCAMP

Johnny and Donna have finally locked in a date for what will be their very last fitness bootcamp for the year! This one is always extremely popular, so get in quick and book your spot now. If you’re a beginner or a seasoned fitness fanatic that loves group training – join the challenge & enjoy 100% support throughout the whole process and beyond! 

 

CLASSES:

Monday 6:30am Upper Body

Wednesday 6:30am Lower body & Abs

Friday 6:30am Muay Thai

You will also have access to THE gym HIIT class Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 7:30am

As well as a 5 class pass to try any other class such as boxing, BJJ or Muay Thai
