THE GYM REFIT

The last few weeks have been busy around the gym. We are still currently undergoing a makeover for ETC. We have a few more bits and pieces in the works including a new look reception area which should be completed end of September. Thank you to everyone who has helped, supported and donating time so far, we appreciate it all and are looking forward to moving ETC into its next stage!

 

FIGHT NEWS

As you may have seen Cam Dempsey recently came away with a win from Hex Fight Series 16. We have a couple of fighters preparing for bouts in October:

Greg Bell is currently preparing to head to China for a shot at a boxing title

Jason Petropolous is preparing for a shot at the bantamweight title in Adelaide October 27th at Eternal MMA

Stu McIntosh is also hoping to be stepping back into the ring with the details still to be confirmed

 

THE BARBELL CREW

Barbell Crew is a 6-week Olympic Weight Lifting fundamentals program run by ETC trainer Ben Silva. The program is held in a safe, friendly and fun environment, suitable for all fitness and experience levels. This is definitely one not to be missed – find out more here.

 

6 WEEK BOOTCAMP – STARTS OCT 29TH

Johnny and Donna have finally locked in a date for what will be their last boot camp for the year! This one is always extremely popular, so get in quick and book your spot now.

Classes:

Monday 6:30am Upper Body

Wednesday 6:30am Lower body & Abs

Friday 6:30am Muay Thai

You will also have access to THE gym HIIT class Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 7:30am

As well as a 5 class pass to try any other class such as boxing, BJJ or Muay Thai
