Welcome, Scott, our latest member spotlight! You may have seen Scott around the gym recently, he’s new to the crew!
How are you enjoying ETC so far?
Loving ETC, kinda addicted!
How long have you been training for?
I’ve been training at Top Tier Muay Thai for 2 years and now here at ETC.
What sort of training do you enjoy?
Mostly Muay Thai and mountain biking time permitting these days. Also starting to enjoy jogging, which has never been my thing before!!!
We see you have jumped on the MyZone bandwagon and are already in the top 5 for the month, how do you find the points system?
The points system really helps me push that little harder instead of just going through the motions and potentially ending a workout because I wasn’t feeling it or some other excuse. Plus a few of the Muay Thai guy’s love to pay me out when I’m slipping down the board!
Do you have any big health and fitness goals for 2020?
Stay healthy, keep training hard and try try try to get that diet right. Maybe get some abs for the first time in my life!
