Strength training – the only running I will do is to the fridge…

What do you love most about ETC?

Our culture and community. We want you to feel a part of the team from the moment you walk in the door! We work really hard on making everyone feel welcome. I want you all to know we are there to support you every step of the way! (Big shout out to the members that bring your fur children, we don’t have favourites, but…)

Favorite food?

Anything that doesn’t have kale in it… pineapple does belong on pizza (controversial, I know).

Why did you get into the fitness industry?

I first got into the industry as a receptionist and grew from there, completing my cert 4 in fitness. I quickly found that I enjoyed the sales side of things more than training clients. I love helping people grow and encouraging sustainable healthy habits. My passion for people helped me excel in my role and land me where I am today. It’s a journey and I am along for the ride with you every step of the way.

Tell us something about yourself:

I grew up in a small coastal town before moving to Geelong, I was a state swimmer in my younger years, possibly a fish in my past life… parmas are overrated.
