Currently injured and can’t train MMA, so I’m in here pumping iron everyday instead trying to get JACKED!!
Favourite food:
Parfaits! Have you ever met a person, you say, “Let’s get some parfait,” they say, “Hell no, I don’t like no parfait.”? Parfaits are delicious! Parfait’s may be the most delicious thing on the whole damn planet!
Why did you get into the fitness industry:
I was a very fat kid. My nickname in grade 6 was Fat Albert bahaha. I took that on the chin and completely transformed the way I approach life. From that point onward health and fitness became not only a passion but an obsession. I luckily had some great influential figures in my life who helped me through the hard times. Now it’s my time to pay it forward and help influence as many people as I can to become the best version of themselves, physically and mentally!
Tell us something about yourself:
I grew up in Kaniva, a small farming town in western Victoria. We used to travel up to 2.5 hours just to get to football and cricket on Saturdays. Our town didn’t have a gym, so in metal work class my mates and I built a bench press and squat rack. One day mum got home saw that we turned her garage into a gym and the rest was history.
