What do you do?

Personal training and online coaching (nutrition and training); been doing PT since 2010!

My areas of expertise:

Strength and conditioning; transformation specialist; people wanting to make a change in life (for the better); people that want to have a summer body all year around.

What’s your Favorite type of training?

Hypertrophy; adding some spicy super sets and drop sets; not doing cardio.

What do you love most about ETC?

The community; the facility; the knowledge of other trainers I can always bounce off; having free reign to play any playlist; the HITT room to take my clients for a group session.

What is some of your fitness based goals?

Maintain 58-59kg at about 11% bf; veins popping when I train (look like google maps); being a billboard of my business (practice everything I preach fitness and nutrition related); doing 15 pull ups (doing about 12 unbroken right now); running 10km (I don’t run – ever, so need to add something exciting to my goals); getting over 8 hr sleep per night; get my purple belt in BJJ in the next year; get better and better at beach volleyball, to be able to play at a higher level; hit 10,000 steps per day minimum.

Favorite food?

Macadamia nuts; coffee (does that count); salmon; Jazz apples; BSC mousse protein bar.

Why did you get into the fitness industry?

I’ve always been into fitness, having a twin I think I was always a competitive person, and thought I would be a perfect fit for the PT life, 13 years on and I’m still just as excited as I was on the first day!

I couldn’t think of a better industry than to help people find their passion with health and fitness whilst being able to motivate and support people to achieve the goals-also, being available online gives me the ability and capacity to do this nationally and internationally. Not only that, I choose my own hours, running my own business is very exciting to me. I choose to my day at 4 am sometimes, and love it… but being finished by 10 am is so exciting… I have the ability to sunbake (if the weather is amazing) and do my own training, all before lunchtime, so “freedom” would be the summary! (it’s taken a long time to create this).

Fitness related:

  • I have done bodybuilding competitions
  • I did the Kokoda trail in 2013
  • I have trained over 1000+ people since 2010
  • I’m obsessed with tracking my calories and macros!
  • I loveeeee helping people get amazing results!
  • I love bjj
  • I love beach volleyball
  • I love when clients bring me a coffee before their session
  • I have a fantastic relationship with all my clients
  • I sauna often (3-5 times per week)
  • Running 8/12 week challenges have become one of my biggest excitements as a pt
  • My first meal of the day is around 2-3pm (I enjoy fasting)
  • I am obsessed with my Apple Watch and Oura ring (tracking data)
  • I love the Elite Training Centre staff and members and super greatful to be a part of the team.
  • My sleeping heart rate is below 39

Random:

  • I am super excited to start a family!
  • I have 51 chickens (they all have names)
  • I don’t sleep with any pillows
  • I’m the younger twin, by 2 mins
  • My favourite part of the day is 5am
  • My favourite day is Sunday
  • I am a Leo (obviously)
  • I love sunbaking
  • I don’t drink (but will say yes to a tequila once a year)
  • I have eaten pasta probably 3 times in my life
  • I’m convinced the earth is flat
  • I have 2 ride on mowers
  • I lived on the Gold Coast for 3 years and would happily move back!
  • I grew up on 800 acres and loved my upbringing
  • Rode horses all my life (western)
  • I love shooting (clay targets)
  • Played tennis most of my life
  • I spend way too much money at Lululemon
  • I’m so grateful of my life everyday!
  • I wore Crocs before they were “cool”
  • My favourite film is Apocalypto
  • I am very proud of my Spotify playlists!
