Jayden has been in the fitness industry for 6 years, his journey started when he first started lifting weights at 13 years old. (Now 26 and feeling old!) his training has changed over the past 13 years, he went from just wanting big biceps (still do), getting stronger and faster for football. Now he’s looking to improve his strength and conditioning for MMA training and wanting to move better overall.
